About Us

Connecting Care Support Services was established in 2020 by directors driven by a clear purpose: to deliver practical, person-centred support that genuinely improves quality of life. What began with small group community outings quickly demonstrated the value of meaningful connection, inclusion, and consistency in support. As participants’ needs evolved, so did our services. We expanded beyond group activities to provide tailored, one-on-one support focused on daily living, community participation, and capacity building. Today, Connecting Care Support Services delivers structured, reliable support designed to align with individual goals, promote independence, and support long-term wellbeing.
